Coccyx pain or Sciatica? www.insprico.com The Sciata® seating system was developed to help those with sciatica and coccyx or tailbone pain sit more comfortably. It comes in three distinct styles CX, DL, and SL. The CX is ideal for the average person who wishes to sit more comfortably and those with lower back or coccyx pain. Pressure is alleviated from the tailbone with the unique Troff™ design. The CX is a welcome companion when it comes to sitting on hard surfaces. The DL is intended for those with sciatic nerve pain in both legs, the DL allows the legs to float partially uncompressed on either side. The Troff™ design alleviates pressure from the coccyx and lower back. The SL is intended for those with sciatic nerve pain in one leg and may be situated to relieve pressure from either limb. The Troff™ design alleviates pressure from the coccyx and lower back. I directed this video for Inspri and produced the music behind it. I built the green screen, the lighting rig and the teleprompter used to film the video. I also animated the “nerve pain” sequences. More of my music and film work can be seen at www.myspace.com/tonewood and my youtube profile.

A lumbar laminectomy, or lumbar decompression, is performed to treat spinal stenosis, a narrowing of the spinal canal that puts pressure on the nerves in the lower back, which causes symptoms in nearly 500000 Americans over the age of 50. Used to manage related conditions involving deformities of the vertebrae, such as spondylolisthesis or scoliosis, a transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) is an innovative, sometimes safer, more efficient alternative to other anterior and posterior-approach fusion procedures. Both conditions cause pain and weakness in the lower back and legs, leading to walking difficulty in many patients. The conditions occur as people age because ligaments around the spine thicken and the discs, or cushions, between the vertebrae start to deteriorate. During the surgery, an incision will be made in the patient’s back, but surgeons will approach the spine from the side, minimizing the nerve manipulation required to access the vertebrae, discs and nerves. They will remove bone and ligament from the spine to open the spinal canal and relieve pressure on the nerve roots which has been caused by stenosis. Next, the surgeons will perform a TLIF to fuse the spine where one vertebra has slipped forward onto the vertebra below it. (This generally occurs with spondylolisthesis, but in the case of the webcast patient it has been caused by complications from scoliosis.) Some vertebral bone will be removed to reduce nerve exposure, and then the pain-causing …

Prior to purchasing this Ironman ATIS 4000 Inversion Table, I had no experience with inversion tables. I knew what it did, but never tried it. All I knew that it relieved back pain. As you’ll notice here on Amazon, there are quite a few Inversion Tables to choose from. Though there were no reviews of this unit when I purchased it, I decided to give this one a shot. Pros: – Solid construction – Lumbar pillow (removable) – Extended head rest (others that I’ve seen don’t seem to extend that far) – Long hand grips – “Ratchet Gear” lock to lock ankles into place – Easily adjustable for different heights Cons: – Heavy, at 111 lbs – Does not fold up for storage – The greater the angle of inversion, the ankle holds do get a little uncomfortable, but certainly bearable. – After some use, the screws need to be re-tightened. – The ratchet lock is difficult to unlock at times. Requires you push in towards your legs before pushing away. By far the one feature that sold me was the “Ratchet Gear” lock. I do not know how other tables lock your ankle into place, but this one is simple to use. I have trouble bending down too far, but am able to utilize this easily. Simply step onto the platform, push down the ratchet lock and thats it. To get out, press down firmly …

NEW RELEASE goo.gl Customer Reviews: “We bought this Inversion Table as a result of my husband’s recent back problems. We had no prior knowledge of Inversion Tables, and so we did a lot of research, online, as well as hitting a few stores to check out other brands. I don’t understand the other “bad” reviews on this table, at all. The ankle holders are SO comfortable, as with all tables, it is recommended that you wear your tennis shoes. I chose this specific table for the padded headrest and padded ankle holders, which I feel make this table that much more comfortable than the rest. For first time users, this table is excellent because it has the hand rails on the sides for “added security” to aid in lowering and raising yourself, as well as the inversion bar at the bottom to aid you in reaching true vertical inversion. Yes, with a lot of products that you buy, you have to put it together. Frankly, my child’s highchair was more difficult to put together than this table was. The “large pieces” of the table are already done for you, you just have to attach it all together. I do recommend that if you cannot lift heavy-ish objects, you have someone help you put it together. It does fold for storage, but, if you have back problems, and cannot move heavy things around, why would you want that? For those people that say that it seems to loosen everytime they use it, I suggest that they needed to tighten everything properly at the time of assembly, because we do not have that …
