I am looking to purchase a new car for my son (a 17.5 year old high school student). I want to spend around ,000 or a little less (meaning the price I would pay not the MSRP). I am not going to buy the car out right so lease and finance rates are not important, but I want a good car. Automatic transmission and all-wheel drive are musts, as is a sedan (4 doors) and safety. I would like the car within a few days and not weeks/months.
BMW:
-Premium Package (moon roof, heated front seats, heated steering wheel, universal garage door opener, interior mirror with compass, power front seats w/ driver memory, auto dimming interior and exterior mirrors, BMW assist with bluetooth, lumbar support)
-Interior: Black Dakota Leather
-Exterior: Jet Black
-Wheels: 17" Light alloy V-spoke wheels style 285-with all-season run-flat tires
-STEPTRONIC automatic transmission
**I got the car with all the above features quoted at ,000 and in stock
(also possibly considering Naviagation with iDrive and BMW Apps)
AUDI:
I am a lot less familiar and have not even seen or test drove an Audi at a dealer yet. Me and my son loved the ride and feel of driving the 3 series, and the interior and exterior were pretty modern and sleak (thumbs up).
I would like a similar Audi A4 and I know that the price will be around the same (but Audi may have more features in that price like Nav). But I think the major downside is in the Audi’s engine.
If anyone has insight, comments, or suggestions on which car and which features/options/packages to go for please "Answer" below. Thank you all

My mom used to have one she used for her back while she played piano at church but someone stole it. We can’t find the same brand of the one she had and I want to get one for her for Christmas. It was like a lumbar support thing… she’s had a lot of back trouble and surgeries and that pillow really help out. Does anyone have a suggestion for a good one that moderately priced?

There’s this girl I like, and I now talk to and see her on a fairly regular basis.
We’ve shared two meals together alone, and she only agreed to the first lunch "as friends." I assumed the same condition applied when we had dinner a few weeks later.
When we had the dinner, she remarked that I looked "handsome" when I picked her up, and over the meal she shared that she wanted to go through my closet and dress me up.
I’ve also given her two dolls that I made, and she’s been commenting on how she’s found new uses for them almost every time I see her (pillow, sleeping companion, lumbar support…).
I see her every week at church, and I now give her rides for Saturday bible study, so we will run into each other a lot more.
I was also surprised that she noticed my absence last Sunday as I was recovering from a cold, and she sent me funny and cute text messages. Actually, I’ve texted with her this week more than I have (in both quantity and quality of conversation) than nearly the whole time I’ve known her.
Anyway, I want to know if I should do something for Valentine’s day. I don’t know if she’s sending me mixed signals, and I don’t know if she knows I like her. But should I at least get her yellow roses to signify our friendship? Or do I not do anything…

There is this girl I like, and we’ve been on what most people would call "dates," but I’m not sure she sees them that way.
The first time I treated her out to lunch, she made me assure her that it was "as friends." Interestingly, lunch lasted the whole day since she wanted to keep talking, so we went to a cafe afterward.
Just the other day, I called her on a whim, and I treated her out to dinner at a sit-down restaurant.
Both instances I was alone with her.
I’ve gotten the feeling that she’s the type of girl who runs away from problems, so I did not want to push the matter (also, I am a coward).
I’ve also given her plush dolls I’ve made, and she did seem delighted by those, remarking how she’s found new uses for them every time I see her (pillow, sleeping companion, lumbar support…).
When I picked her up for dinner the other day, she did say that I was "handsome." Later, at the restaurant, she told me she wanted to go through my closet and thought it’d be fun to "dress me up."
But she also tells me of how she hangs out with other guys (just that she does; she’s never gone into any real detail).
We’ll also be attending a mutual friend’s wedding together (whether I pick her up or we meet there is to be determined). Point is, I will have continued contact with her on a regular basis.
I just can’t read this girl (not that I was good at reading people in the first place).
